We provide Mental Health & Addictions Credentialing Board of Oregon (MHACBO) approved Education and CEUs, Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) services to Department of Transportation (DOT) employees required to follow return to duty processes before returning to duty in safety sensitive positions, and Mobile Oregon Notary Public services.

Adam Caba- CADC II, QMHA II, SAP is an Mental Health & Addictions Credentialing Board of Oregon (MHACBO) approved
education provider.
These courses are approved for MHACBO CEUs and can be applied toward MHACBO core education requirements in Alcohol & Drug Counseling for CADC certification. These courses are approved for MHACBO CEUs and address MHACBO core education areas as well as Continuing Education (CEUs) for
re-certification.
SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) provider
Employees who violate Department of Transpiration (DOT) drug and alcohol regulations, i.e. 1) have a positive drug and/or alcohol test, 2) refuse to test, or 3) other violations, MUST follow return to duty processes before returning to duty in ALL safety sensitive positions.
This starts with obtaining services from a SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) provider such as us!
